For business

White-label pharmacogenomic reports for your patients.

Gene2Rx turns genetic data into medication guidance for 120 drugs. Clinics and labs can offer the same reports to their own patients, with their name on them and our pipeline behind them.

Two ways partners use Gene2Rx

Same reports, same guidance. What differs is where the genetic data comes from.

Telehealth clinics

Your patients already have a DNA file.

Online clinics of any specialty: mental health, ADHD, weight management, hair loss, women's health, primary care. Many patients have already tested with 23andMe or AncestryDNA. Offer them a report on how their genes affect the medications you prescribe, with no kit and no lab.

Labs and clinics that test

You produce the genetic data.

Clinics and labs that run genotyping arrays or sequencing in-house. Send us the output and get back star-allele calls, phenotypes, and a branded report for each sample, without building a pharmacogenomics pipeline yourself.

How a partnership works

  1. Talk

Tell us about your patients, your data and your volume. We'll say plainly whether we're a fit.

  2. Set up

We agree on the report contents, your branding, and how files and results move between us.

  3. Pilot

We run a first batch, you review the reports with your clinicians, and we adjust.

  4. Go live

Reports flow on an agreed schedule, and we tell you when a new report version is available.

What's behind the reports

The same pipeline that produces every Gene2Rx consumer report. It reads consumer DNA files, genotyping arrays and sequencing VCFs on GRCh37 or GRCh38, calls star alleles for the major pharmacogenes, and maps each result to published guidance from CPIC, the FDA and DPWG for 120 medications.

We benchmark it against reference samples with known results, on both sequencing and consumer array data. The results are available on request.

Gene2Rx reads variant calls, so CYP2D6 copy number (gene deletions and duplications) isn't measured from consumer DNA files, array output or VCF files. It needs a dedicated assay, and every report says so where it matters.

Questions

What does white-label mean here?

Your patients see your name and logo on the report and the clinician summary. Gene2Rx runs the interpretation behind it. We set up your branding during onboarding.

Do you sell DNA kits?

No. We interpret data that already exists: a patient's consumer DNA file, or the array or sequencing output from your own lab.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is per report and depends on volume and how results are delivered. Tell us about your use case and we will send a quote.

Which guidelines do the results follow?

Guidance comes from CPIC, the FDA and DPWG, the same sources behind every Gene2Rx consumer report.
